TechServ was awarded a Master Services Agreement to provide construction inspection, management, and consuling services to E.ON Climate & Renewables on February 1, 2008. E.ON Climate & Renewables is an owner of wind generation facilities in the US and Canada.


TechServ completed a 2 year cable television pole audit for Oncor Electric Delivery starting on Jan 1 of 2007 of their entire distribution system which covers approximately 900,000 contacts.

TechServ was awarded a 3 year total pole audit on January 1 of 2008 for American Electric Power (AEP) including all of Oklahoma's and Texas distribution service areas.

TechServ was awarded a total pole audit on March 13 of 2008 for Trinity Valley Electric Coop over their entire service area which covers approximately 50,000 contacts.


TechServ safety personnel recently performed Safety Audits of construction activities in West Texas and New York for Wind Farm Sites.


TechServ was awarded a total pole audit for Guadalupe Valley Electric Coop that will start in September of 2008. This will cover their entire distribution service area which covers approximately 25,000 contacts.


We have been contracted by a Texas based Wind Farm to provide consulting services to establish and provide Safety Manual, Policies, Procedures, and Training for their Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.


TechServ was awarded a pole inspection and GPS project with Embarq and Verizon telephone consisting of over 25,000 poles in conjunction with the Trinity Valley Electric Coop pole audit.


A skills and needs assessment for each craft/technical classification at solid fueled power plants was developed and a synopsis of required training was written to support the needs.


TechServ was awarded 3 year contact March 2008 with AEP to provide Joint Use Make Ready Permitting Services for Texas and Oklahoma distribution service areas.


Field evaluation of distribution assets and substations were performed for a Pennsylvania and an Ohio Utility Company.


TechServ has entered into a Master Service Agreement with a major utility to support their on-going needs for the development of transmission and substation assets in the CREZ zone of Texas and other locations.

Provided equipment maintenance recommendations and switching instructions for a Wind Turbine Collection Substation.
